My husband and I signed up for a risk free trial on 3.22.05 and cancelled it that day. Now the company claims we owe money charged from 3.28.05 (when I called back to complain they charged my card after I cancelled - at which time they did re-imburse me but subsequently charged my card) my husband has a confirmation letter of cancellation on 3.23.05 and his account is still active witn new charges totalling $283
We are being called by collection agencies and threatened with further action if we do not pay.
It was a risk free trial and it is being misrepresented. There is nobody there to answer phones and the voice mail is full. Please help with this matter.
