I too am in the same situation. I however have been a client of CFCCS since Sept. I recently tried to remortgage and was turned down. I requested a copy of my credit report. I could not beleive that it was worse then before I started with CFCCS. I am in the process of getting all of my information together. I think I will hire a attorney.
I have contacted the BBB, AG in Florida, FTC. I too can't get anywhere.
