For those of you who were ripped off by this misleading company, my suggestion is to file a complaint on Federal Trade Commision. The more complaint about this company the FTC receives, the more likely the FTC will take action against this company.
I am also a victim of these "FREE" CDs. I order the CDs last month, and on the next day, I sent the CDs back to them in order for my credit card not to be charged. However, they told me that they received the CDs on July 17th, which is about 25 days after I sent back the CDs. I also double check the post office. They told me that it only takes 3 to 5 days for them to delivery this CDs.
The Manay Software company lied to me and charged me 39.90 dollars from my account. I wrote back in emial and called them on the phone. I argued with them for about three days. They finally has to admit their mistake. They gave me a full refund of 39.90 dollars to my credit account.
I hate this misleading company. I also told them on the emial that if I can't get back the refund, i will file a complaint on the FTC. So, they finally gave me the money back.
Remember, argue with them! And keep all the records of the day you received the CDs and sent the CDs back to them.
