Please read email sent to different people within the regis chain. I think it says it all

I visited your salon Hair Plus (Regis) in the Florida Mall on the 14th July, I did ask if they were a proper Regis Salon to which was replied yes as I was so pleased to have found a Regis. I had the International colour code (ICC number 12 which is a special highlighting blonde and its used with 12% peroxide.) that my Hairstylist uses on my hair in the UK she actually texted me with the information and i showed the girl and told them I just wanted my highlights touched up, and a trim i have the sides long and feathered I was brought out a book with hair colours in it and the girl said is that the colour, I said just use that code then its the right one.
She put my hair in foils and put what I thought was the right stuff on my hair and then sat me under the hairdryer for about 1/2 hr, I was surprised as in the UK they do not put me under the dryer. When she took it out it was like a bright yellow colour and it looked like straw, besides which my roots still showed! I was making a fuss so the manager came up and told her to do it again, she tried to show her how to do the roots... My god the colour! She done it again and it still looked as bad only this time my hair was just one big ball of frizz. Then I started moaning again to which the Manager came over and said she would have to do it... And I said about the colour... She said don't worry we will make it look right. She told me I needed to have a bit more cut off I said ok but not alot... She said she would cut about an inch... I thought well the managers sorting it out so it will be ok... She proceeded to tell me that they were very short staffed and the girl that had done my hair used to work for walmart as a barber... A DAMN BARBER! When I came out of the bowl my hair was dark dark brown to which I started getting upset... She said don't worry I promise I will put it right... She then proceeded to put highlights in my hair and sat me for another 1/2 hr under the dryer... One lady that was in there was horrified by my hair and said I hope your not paying for that!
I did actually see the manager do another ladies highlights when i was in there and it looked really nice, but she was obviously trying to cover up the damage that the first woman had done. When I came out of the dryer she had put red and white highlights in my hair on top of brown... And I had gone from a long blonde curly half way down my back hair in good condition to a frizzy mess, I was so upset I just wanted to get out... I had been in there from 1pm when I walked out it was 8.30pm.
Then she proceeded to charge me $189 and told me the tip was normally 10% or more... I complained and she said all she could do was take off 20% I left in tears... I walked out with shoulder length hair (if you could call it that) that was frizzy and it looked grey with red and white streaks... I went to what I call a "proper" Regis salon in the Fashion square mall on the 15th July to see if there was anything they could do, as I don't drive my husband had to take the day off to drive me. As you could imagine i was very distressed and broke down in tears they were very nice and said they think the woman has put about 40% bleach in my hair and then the second woman just tried to cover up her mistakes. They did put a corrective treatment on it and tried there best, but it still looks awful, I feel such a mess and I am very distressed. I always spend alot of money on my hair to make sure it looks nice, and I always use Regis products on my hair. I was told I cannot go swimming for at least the next 4 weeks as the chlorine would make it worse... Try and stay out of alot of sun... in Florida!
I cant straighten it that will make it worse and I should not use a hair dryer because it is so damaged... There is nothing they can do. Just exactly what am I supposed to do with it, I look like a revolting witch! I have friends coming down to Florida from New York and we planned to go to the water parks, I have a 4 yr old daughter who loves swimming, you have ruined my plans. We were supposed to be going on a cruise but I cannot go anywhere looking like this! I have left about 5/6 messages in a bid to contact someone from Regis and not yet spoken to anyone I am in the process of consulting a Lawyer, nothing will bring back my lovely hair, I cant bare to look in the mirror or look at photographs without bursting into tears.
I want something done and those ladies NEVER able to practice hairdressing again!

My husband today actually phoned the manager of Hair Plus and was told that my hair was in that condition when I walked in... Not true and i have the pictures to proove it! If that was true a real hairdresser would not have touched it!
