This business is a scam.
It has been 6 months since they had failed to refund my $2,000. I had gone through a small claim court to win a judgement against these people. (Civil Court of the City of New York, S.C. # 2132/05-1 & -2) And this is just the beginning of my legal action. I plan to use all legal means to punish these folks. I am sure that I can find criminal act that these people had committed in the past if I follow through with my legal plan. It is beyond money that I am after at this point.

The next step, I would need to find two more judgements against these people that had not been paid so we can go to civil court to shut down this business.
