I too have had a rip-off encounter with Harris Digital / Net Detective. They tried to tell me that I agreed to pay the charges by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, but I fought with them until I guess they got tired of me and sent me the information I needed. I am still watching my account daily as just last week another of their sister companies charged my account for something I had never heard of and definately hadn't requested. The company, Privacy Matters, has refunded me their charges, and I am working on getting them to refund the Overdraft Fees I incurred as a result of them charging me for something I didn't authorize.
