Residentialvoicemail ripoff, cannot cancel my acccount because address doesn't exist for cancellations ripoff

I tried to cancel my subscription for voicemail by using the address they give for cancellations. The cancellation option does't come up when you go to the address. You also have to guess which address on the search is the right one.
