I found out about bid bag online when I was looking for Louis Vuitton replica bags. I paid $100 dollars for the cheapest imitation of a bag I have ever seen. Not only was it not the bag they showed online (the one they assured me I was getting) it was so horribly made it wasn't even worth $20.
At first I was just going to keep it and shake it off as a stupid mistake not to do again and then I noticed It had a large ink spot on the handle, a handprint where someone had picked up the bag with ink on their hands.
I sent them an e-mail saying I was going to send it back in exchange for my money back minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping. (its says on the website that they will gladly return merchandise minus a 20%restocking fee for any goods that are unaaceptable to the customer.) They returned my email saying that when they got the bag back they would refund me the money, it has been over 2 weeks since the bag has been returned to them and all they have done is said they will send me another bag.
PLEASE do not be fooled by these people. They will rip you off in a heartbeat. I am going to talk to a lawyer and see if i have a case against them.
