Hello, i also recently signed up for a home buisness through web club international and i paid 275.00$ for a site and traffic, they said i was getting a great deal, and i gave them all my personal info as far as credit card and ss # and was told as soon as i paid the money i would recieve a package and to fax over an invoice, which i did and about two days later a so called coach called me to see if package was recieved, at that time i told her it had and she tried to sell me additional traffic, and when i advised her i was unable to at that time she couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough, and while she was trying to get off the phone i started asking her for coaching info and she said she was busy she had an appointment set, and for me to call back and leave a message and give her about an hour to call me back, which i tried doing numerous times and she never did, and then another rep from whats called the tech assitance department called me and said they were going to make an appointment for a rep to call me back to go over how to setup my service well i had four different appointments made with me and no one ever called even though i made it a point to be here to recieve the calls, and when i would call to see why no one had called me, there explanation was well i dont know why they didn't call this kind of situation never occurs, and when i asked to speak with a manager or suspervisor they would always say they are in a meeting, thats when a so called customer service represenitive would even answere the phone, most of the time you just had to leave a message, so i decided to cancel the service because it had been three weeks and still had no passwords to check my stores and two of my stores out of four did not even work, and i was advised to send back my booklet back, well i overnighted the package and was advised they had it on a wednesday, and i was advised that i would have my money no longer than twenty four hours well it has been fourty eight and still no return and i called to confirm they had still refunded my funds and they became very aggressive and told me i was no longer a client and my money had been returned even though my bank confirmed it had not.
