I sent Global Inet a check for $979.00 attentioned to Amy Souza. It took them 3-4 days to activate my account. After being promised 3 different times that leads customized to my filters would be available in a couple of hours I decided to get my money back.
I was getting absolutely no hits to my filters as promised and I wanted a refund. I spoke to customer service and they could not help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there wasn't one available. I was told that it was too bad for me and I wasn't getting my money back.
I was mocked, taunted, insulted, and given the run-around by the following people:
1. Darlene Forrest
2. Customer Service
3. CEO Steve Blisko
Steve Blisko, CEO of Global Inet called me and I was telling him the situation and he repeadly told me that it was his money and he wasn't giving it back. I told him he had to deliver what I paid for - LEADS! He said that he couldnt help me and that I had agreed to a contract I never signed for.
I have been ripped off BIGTIME by these people and they will not give me leads or my money. I basically just payed their Mercedes payment for the month of May.
I am taking them to court to sue for my money and punitive damages. I want to do a class-action suit as well. These guys are CROOKS and don't deliver what they promise.
