So I am sure by now everyone has heard of this scam Kids.com is pulling. I too am yet another victim scammed out of $595.00 from the Cherry Hill Kids.com office. Same story as everyone else. I received a letter making me think that my son, in particular, was brought to Kids.com's attention. We brought our son to their office where of course their devious saleswoman made promises of modeling work and said how good looking our son was and how he had the "all american" boy look. Yeah, sure, just sign on the dotted line and hand over $595.00 and you will never hear from us again. (That is what they should really say.)
I am determined not to let them get away with this. I am pursuing many options to make sure that they don't get away with this. NBC 10 News in Philadelphia ran my story today at 5:00 about Kids.com.
Please contact me so we can get a class action suit together.
