Ripoff, promised call backs from companies, never got them

I have spent over $7000.00 in promised calls from companies. I never recieved any feedback.in fact over 80 percent of letters I was recieving, explained that I need to apply for the job at the company website. I could have done that myself. Charges need to be presented on false promises from the company. Something needs to be done immediately.
