I keep receiving the monthly jar of cream, after repeated attempts to cancel. Their website won't process the request to cancel, I've stayed on hold for over 5 hours waiting for someone to answer or the line is busy. EMail is returned undeliverable, several faxes sent but they keep on sending the cream. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute two charges. What a giant RIPOFF!
