I have been talking to one of there agents, I keep on asking them to send me proof of payments but all they say is that I should email there support team, I have been doing so for the last four weeks with no reply. I even have been told: Sherley: " I have refunded all your charge (s). Please allow 24 hours for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have" and Sherley: " We have refunded you $159.60 charges" This never happened I am still waiting. If they really want to refund me then they will do so, but they don't want to even though they said they will. I even have been told that the support team will get back to me with in the next 12 hours, its been over 1 week now with no reply. Something fishy is going on with this group of people.
