I bought a large order of computer parts to build my computer over a month ago and one of the parts was lost during shipping. I filed a claim with them and it has still been over a month and counting since I filed the claim and I have called them multiple times and they tell me they lie to me and tell me they will get it done. The customer service experience is awful, they just have a death grip on anything they charge you for and you have to fight tooth and nail to get any kind of refund back even when you don't get the item.
