Overcharged and Poor Checkout Service in SE Tulsa Kohls

On 11/29 at 9:30 am, I was checking out at SE Tulsa's Kohls Department Store. There were several attendants on the floor and several empty registers on Black Friday. Most of the floor attendants could not even locate the items in the sales ad. I waited 45 minutes to check out. Of the many stores I shopped at on Black Friday, this was the absolute worst for check out time and check out accuracy.

DVD's were advertised in the sales ad and display for $1.99. They all rang up for much higher prices. Thus, I did not buy them. The couch protector cover advertised for $29.99 rang up for 59.99. The sales attendant was kind enough to adjust it to the advertised price after I pointed it out.

Upon returning home and reviewing my receipt, I noticed I was charged twice for one fleece throw and for an additional item (Mens Knits) that I did even buy.

Overall, this was a miserable shopping experience. Every other store I shopped at on Black Friday was head and shoulders above this store. I will not be returning to this Kohls.
