I Purchased my uppababy vista in Dec. 2012 (3 months before my son was born) And obviously didn't use it until he was born. I noticed the wobbly and uneven wheels within a few weeks of using it! I thought it was a one time thing. But it kept happening. And it's just gotten worse. I contacted uppababy and told them my problem and they told me to try and switch the wheels. I did, and it never helped. It shakes so badly going at any pace really, and the fact that it hinders my ability to push the stroller properly disappoints me greatly. The one wheel doesn;t touch the ground most times. I spent a lot of money on this stroller and I was hoping for better quality.
My sister bought an uppababy vista first, and she doesn't have the same issues. ANd I loved hers! So much I obviously bought my own! So i know it doesn't happen to all of them, but I just would like some help to rectify this situation. Not sure who to call and get this looked after. Hopefully I can get some help from this post.
Also, forgot to mention that I live in Toronto, but purchased my stroller in the states.
