For fall 2012 planting, I ordered 10 dozen "Prairie Fire" tulips from Dutch Gardens to match a previously planted bed.in the spring of 2013 when they came up, they were pink, not orange. A lot of money, time and effort went into buying and planting 120 tulips. I called the company immediately to ask what they could do for me, and they offered a replacement shipment for this fall. It has not come; I've been in touch this week via email and phone, and their customer service will not say whether I should expect this "free replacement guaranteed" order. They're "looking into it." I mentioned that it's getting cold, and was chided for not having called sooner. I said I've been ordering from them since 1986 and was told there are only two orders associated with my name on file. It's become "my word against theirs."
