Terrible for service.
I bought cleaning service voucher and they were late twice and then said I was not at home. When I called living social they said they do not have to refund, since the business (Clen4you in New Britain CT) already redeemed the money. When I explained they talked back to me like it was also my fault and they will work on some kind of compromise.
I will never purchase any services from Living Social... Complete waist of money
