Luebke Baker, a collection agency, refuses to stop calling me. It averages three calls per day. This includes the weekend. They are looking for a relative, not me. I have repeatedly told them. Their response is that the person put my tel. Number down on the application form for a credit card. This is not me!
I have just filed a report to the Conn. Department of Banking, Government Relations. Luebke Baker is clearly harrassing me and my family. Conn. Law states they are not allowed to contact a third party. I have spoken to four individuals plus a manager, Mr. Linwood @ #120, is personally supposed to remove my name from their computer, not happening. It's been three months.
