We bought a sleep number thinking it was the best thing to do since its suppose to help with bad backs suppose to be a really awesome bed according to the adverts and what we were told, that should last the 25 Year period that it has a warranty for...
We have phoned and complained tried to get them to take the bed back (guessed we just missed the window) but they seem to just keep sending us parts for the bed that don't help:/
Though looking at for example the foam in the bed it looks almost used as it has a couple of tears in it (not completely though) and the pump didn't seem to work granted they replaced the pump but its done zip to help the situation.
I have such bad back problems now that i cant even get one decent nights rest without taking medication (Pain/Muscle relaxers/sleeping aid) Nice $1600 odd bed and it feels like I'm sleeping on a $20 inflatable mattress from walmart most of the time...
I'm just really annoyed and tired of not having a good nights rest and waking up feeling drained and sore, I don't think spending this amount on a bed should have this effect...
So now I'm basically out $1600 odd and have major back problems
