Working close by, I frequent this Burger King more than I will admit to my Doctor, and have recently begun to question the microphone or hearing on the other end of the drive through. Today I waited, and waited for my order that I not only repeated "BLT CHICKEN WRAP", but mentioned the cost of the "BLT CHICKEN WRAP." The price was actually fine, but after waiting so long I thanked the cashier, went back to work to find an APPLE CRANBERRY WRAP. I was so disappointed I called and spoke to the Manager. He only said Oh and not one apology of "I am sorry your order was wrong"!!! Apparently he doesn't care what kind of service his restaurant gives.
I may go back, but you can bet I will be holding up the drive through checking every order from now on for accuracy. If you are behind me, I apologies in advance for me and Burger King!!!
