I'm writing about the Oan Services a company that feels free to start charging you on your phone bill I'm a Verizon customer and have been for years.
Until now when I see a charge on my phone bill that I never gave the ok for and this has been going on sence April for some internet deal and the charge is 16.50.
Well I called oan services and asked them to take this off my bill the said they would well to my suprise the next month there it was again.
So I called verizon and they said they would put a bll blocker on my phone and then again the next month another charge on my phone bill only this time it was for Integretel but the funny thing is the amount is still 16.30.
So I called again and did no good and now I see that things have changed to Members Edge but the amount is still 16.30.
So now I have called Verzion and spoke to a supervisor and told them that I was fileing a complaint with Attorney General and the the Federal Trade comm.
And then with any one else who will listed. And guess what verzion took care of all charges from this company and I now have a credit of 20.00
Just to let phone customers know watch your bills carefully and what you need to look for is (Other Providers) this is where these companys are putting the charges.
