I ordered a yonanas and was sent a clock, there return policy is easy enough but you have to talk to someone on the phone even though you order online, they well not give out any info online, I personally feel that you take orders online then you rectify problems online that way I have a written copy of there intentions and mine. I do not understand a business like this practicing as long as they have still not having protocols in place to prevent wrong orders being shipped. So the policy is that even though they shipped the wrong item they will not ship the proper item until they receive the wrong item back, I was not willing to wait for another 3 weeks to get an item I was supposed to have a week prior to the phone call, as I wasted a week trying to resolve online. I understand why they do this I personally don't agree when it was no fault of my own and for this reason I just wanted to have my money refunded. This was agreed to, they did do as agreed but I was charged for the shipping of the wrong item as there policy states. I'm not sure who writes there policies but it is very one sided to protect there interest but it does not help the individual who has really done nothing wrong except try to buy an item from them. Conclusion: this was my first time buying online or from the shopping channel and it will be my last, fortunately I used amex and they will defend the customer so I shouldn't have any trouble getting my shipping cost back, it is unfortunate that I need to go this way.
