Selling Sick Dogs, They need to be shut down. Thinking of filing a Class Action Lawsuit

On December 3. My fiance surprised me with a 5 1/2 month old Shitzu puppy from puppy depot. Bailey is a lively, lovable, active and incredibly happy dog. I noticed that evening that he was constantly scratching at his ears and coughing. I knew he had kennel cough.

Reading the paperwork that Anthony brought home from Puppy Depot, I noticed he was on 2 medications. Flagryl & Albon. So I looked them up on the internet. One is for a bacterial infection the other is for irritable bowel diease? What is this? I then tried to schedule an appointment with the "Vet" they indicated. Not to release the name of the vet I went to since they have Coram, Commack, Hauppauge, etc. (which is affilated with them.) They advised me that Bailey has: 1. Kennel Cough, 2. Dual ear infections, 3. Both ears are highly infested with ear mites 4. A heart mumor, 5. And teeth problems. The vet advised me that Puppy Depot has a bad rap and that they should not be selling dogs like this.

Bailey was sick. They indicated to me that they are treating a lot of dogs from puppy Depot who have kennel cough and intestinal parasites. My luck Bailey's stool sample came back negative. The vet stated that the reason Puppy Depot puts the dogs on Flagrl & Albon is because they have a bad rap and regardless if the dog has intestinal parasites or not, they do it as a CYA! I have a signed contract from Puppy depot that this dog has no illness or herediary problem. Which is a breach of contract as Bailey has both. - So what do I do. I recently lost my beloved Lhasa Apso of 14 years (purchased from a breeder) and did not want to see a dog suffer or be returned to live his life in a puppy mill and get sicker or when someone else comes to purchase him finds what I find and returns him again. That's no life for a dog and the dog does not deserve to be treated that way.

So I chose. I am keeping Bailey and doing the medications twice a day and hoping he gets better. & i do not recommend puppy depot to anyone. After finding out about Puppy Depot I did searches on line and there are so many of us who have experienced a purchase dog a sick dog from them, some live on and some die. They need to be stopped! I read somewhere that the ASPCA came in and closed them down for a while but they are back open and selling sick dogs.

Both Puppy Depot and Yuppy Puppy since they are owned by the same people. I am in the legal field and am looking into The ASPCA, PETA or filing a class action lawsuit since there are so many of us. -
To those of you who are in the same situation as me or have lost a puppy my heart goes out to you.
