Thank God that I took the time to research this company before I was ripped-off finacially. This "consumer complaints" website is just one source by which I have found this company to be less than reputable. They somehow obtained my cell phone number and contacted me regarding their company's offering. When I asked them how they obtained my cell phone number their response was vague.
After we spoke for a while I told them I was possibly interested but I needed more information. It was then that I was put in touch with a regional manager.
I told him that I would like some references before going any further. He gave me a reference out in California when I live on the East coast. When I pressed him for someone a bit closer he became very irritated with me.
I explained that before investing that sort of money I would like to see the product and the displays and since they were unwilling to send me samples of either my only opportunity to see the display and product would be to travel to somewhere within driving distance to view them.
My inquiry and persistence was something he was not willing to deal with so I was told to "f#* - off".
Needless to say that conversation ended my dealings with the International Candle Co. I would encourage anyone who is considering any dealings with this company to think twice and ask questions. Don't expect them to be receptive to your inquiries however.
