Hey Etsy, are you getting used to these daily complaints with the same title?
I'll just leave the latest complaint, rather than the nightmare I've been through the last month and a half.
After receiving an email from Stephanie at the dreaded "Trust Dept." requesting that I go through an exhaustive identification process, I was told my "selling privileges were restored".
However, they weren't.
10 emails over 4 days to the same email address with no reply. Odd, because the email exchange through the "ID process" was swift; but when I complained that my shop was still blocked - silence.
Why dangle the carrot, then pull it way? Why is your horrendous reputation growing? Do you not realize WE are the real consumers?
