Made a purchase at lunchtime at the JAG store at BrandSmart in Nunawading and picked up a Fusion Rewards loyalty card. Got an email inviting me to login - I enter the correct card number and paste the same details into the password field but it is not accepted as the default initial password. So I can't get in. Filled in the membership signup form and it said I already exist. So I am completely stuck. My card number is C11-402-955-457.
