Poor service - Poor communication - Refusal to negotiate

Company provides insurance coverage for movers but does not actually provide the payment for damaged or missing goods. We tried to negotiate, but the company ignored us, finally sending along a settlement offer of $60, instead of the $500 we felt we were owed for damaged and missing goods from the move.
