The Sales Rep name was Santosphone number 407-446-2952. The rep claimed he was one of the Partners of SolisProduction & he had real power over heavy discounts, & we were going toget a great rate if we paid in full. My parents paid 100% in full, 2600.00. Afterwe Paid in Full never heard from them again... The rep went on a 2 week vacationduring the busiest wedding season (weird?), I arranged my engagement photo'swith their independent contract myself. We had conflicts with the scheduling, details etc and triedto contact them to make changes. NO ONE returned phone calls until my parentscontested it on their card because my parents felt they were not holding uptheir end of the contract. Santoscalled me screaming rude comments, we ruined their business, & he couldntbook 4 weddings because of me? Once he calmed down, when I explained why andchanges were underway he said OK. Santosagreed to cancel the contract & said Eddie would call my dad & work itout that has never happened.insteadthey submitted emails to my parents' credit card company fighting this chargeto get the full 2600 back on my parents card. They have never contacted us to work out the details and nowthey went bankrupt, packed up and disappeared. I cannot be the only bridecaught up in this vicious scandal, 2600.00 was a HUGE part of my budget andSolis Productions has ruined everything. I have begged Santosto let my parents out of the contract we never signed, refund the money &just move on. The wedding was well over a year away when this whole mess started, why cant they release the 2600 back to my parents there is no contract signedbetween any parties. Eddie Solis is bankrupt how can they hold up anything. Notreturning phone calls & disappearing, they just stole money right out ofour pockets. How can they get away with this!!! Please advise
