Susie Jebrail Credit Card Fraud, Frustrating and Unprofessional

I have used this company once before about a year ago, but on Dec 3 I made another order this company processed artwork for printing with guaranteed delivery within 5 - 7 days. After fourteen days, I called and canceled the order. And was told that it had not even been processed yet. Frustrated with how unprofessional they were, but knowing pricing was good and having used them before, I requested the order be processed and delivered ASAP. I was assured that I would have it within the week.

35 days after original order, I have sent several emails and left several more phone messages with no reply. I have sourced another company to complete what I started out to do. The kicker!!! I never received an invoice from Prinbuy.com during the order process, but Suzie felt authorized to debit a credit card she previously used a year before for over $550.00 with out asking or providing any receipt on Dec 3.

My time is very valuable and I should not have to chase dead beet business owners for my own money to be returned for services never supplied. To this day I have not received any reply and have escalated this to the police and credit card company. It is being investigated as Fraud.

Do not use PrintBuys.com or or there affiliated web sites you will also be sadly disappointed.
