James walker: employee code -1007 ext-208 james walker contacted me via my cell phone stating that i had qualified for a 100.00 walmart gift card... And wanted my credit card number... Very rude and pushy, wanted a non prepaid card number

James walker from USA benefits, employee code 1007 ext 208, called in reguards to a 100.00 Walmart gift card and. All I had to do is give him my credit card number... But when I didn't he. Became very rude and very pushy about getting a non-prepaid number... He finally hung up when I told him put me on the do not call list. I thought calling/soliciting cell phones was illegal.
