Northern Van Lines Theft, Fraud, And Scam, Kansas and Eugene, Oregon

I was moved from Missouri to California last year this time by northern van lines. I payed $900 for the initial moving cost. They arrived one day later than they were supposed to, yet left me waiting until 1130 of the night that they were supposed to arrive but they were supposed to be there at 9am. When they arrived they remakes of alcohol and told me that had been out at a bar the night before. I felt skeptical but still let them move my things because I had obligations and had to be in California.

On completion of the moving, I noticed they forgot to move my bed posts, frames, a flat screen tv and another box. They marked the boxes with stickers to be moved but obviously were hungover from the night before and forgot to put them on the truck as well. I called them to tell them of them of the mistake and they were extremely rude. Sean levy was the person I dealt with in Kansas city mo he showed no sympathy for their mistake and actually told me he would sell all my stuff out of the truck. Finally he told me leave the things they left behind on the front door and thy would come back to get them. I did what he instructed me to do trusting thy would come back for the bed frames, posts, tv and box as I had a flight to take to California. My landlord called me three days later and said it was snowing in kc and my tv was ruined my bed frames and posts were rusted and the box was soaking wet. I called Sean from northern van lines again he threatened me and insulted me and told me to sue them if I had to.

From this point I contact chris and Amy at the Eugene office in Oregon which is where there headquarters is located. They were nice at first but soon turned rude within the next week of communication as I was aggressive in my calling them everyday to check re status of how I could be repayed for damaged items. They agreed to send me a check to reimburse me for everything that had been damaged. I began to be outraged and very upset with Amy and Chris and they stopped answering my phone calls completely for three months. I obtained there insurance carriers info and they helped me apply pressure to finally get my things delivered that had been picked up from Missouri. Upon delivery of my items I payed another 900 to the drivers and took note of everything coming off the truck with a checklist. I noticed a number of items missing on my delivery. They stole a surround system, a projector, a box of approximately 20 pairs of shoes, ironing board, rocking chair, and my shoe rack was broken. I had the drivers signed off on the checklist provided by northern van lines proving the missing items and they told me they were sorry and that the items must have been stolen in between warehouses in route from Missouri to California. I instantly called Amy and Chris but they were no help. They called me a liar a scammer and told me to eff off. I called csi who was there insurance carrier at the time. They were the mediator for my case. They told me to sign off on a paper and fax it to them and they would forward it to northern van lines and they would be forced to pay for everything that was missin or damaged. I did what was instructed and still have not received payment for my items. I am currenty looking for their arbitrator to handle this in court. Please help me if you can.
