Lottery Rip-Off

I received a letter saying that I won "El Gordo Lottery Award" and telling me I won 415,810c.in order to get my money, I have to send 1,150 to Mr. Victor Fernandez; Bank Name: Banco Banesto. And I went to Washington Mutual and they said this was a fraud, because apparently, someone has gone and sent money and found out it was a fraud.

I also did an internet search and I found this site.
