I was happily waiting my turn in line (I was next up) when a clerk approached me and motioned me to follow her. I thought she was opening up a new line for me. She took me to the self-checkout! She said: Do you know how to do this? I said 'yes' so WHY are you directing me to do this? (I did not want to scan and bag my own groceries!) She said, 'well some customers don't know we have this service.' Well, it is not a service when you have to scan and bag your own stuff.By then I had lost my place in line and had to do it myself.
