Stocking charge fees

I purchased a protection (alarm program) from guard america situated in tx in 09/24/10. Due to a break-in in my own home. Normally my spouse & I stress we're senioris. But we chose to deliver it back within 3 days the contract stated seven days, but i skipped the reading the underside of the agreement (fine-print) it Stateis you'll be cost $79.00 re stocking costs, the container was never available it had been exactly the same approach it arrived in. I deliver them an email and was named back within a few minutes. The woman stated that they cost for re stocking $79.00 my reaction was have you been kidding me &79.00? We'd to pay for $11.43 delivery costs additionally. What's with this specific re stocking chargeis, once the package was never exposed
