I've been billed $59.99 by you (and paid by me) for my Norton Annual Restoration that has been compensated (by me) an overall total of $50.49 to Norton.

Your organization owes me $59.99,

I'm prepared to wwait per month, but no further, normally I'll need to contact the authoritse.
