Alysa Phiel from Tucson, AZ, of Wild Desert Glass (wilddesertglass.net) also ran Snow Mountain Stables from Arizona and took our money. We booked horse rides for 15 people. She did not have enough horses, canceled us and did not refund our money. She ripped us off for over $1500. We got angry and she threatened to call the police to escort us out after she took our money. Her niece Erin Nicole works there and was not of any help either. I cannot believe these businesses can be run like this. Stay away from this place!
