Rolex Watch Returned With a Different Bracelet

I sent my watch in good faith.
It came back with a band that was not the one on the watch when I sent it in.
It came back with a Jubilee. It had an Oyster.

Jeff then sent an Oyster bracelet. It was used, had a name engraved on the closure and a bent pin. I will not wear a Rolex with someone's name engraved for the world to see.
Note that I have had this watch since 1974.
I now doubt he even uses Rolex parts.
He always has an excuse. When it is all over, he just should not be trusted with your watch.
