Bill for unknown service

I never had any service with this company, and now I have got a bill for $101.49. I don't know for what. They took payment through PayPal, as it was some agreement made on but I don't know anything about it. And if it is monthly statement why I have got it just now (as PayPal gave me information it is from 2012).
I want to get my money back as I don't use any service from this company.
