Charged $101.49 Through PayPal for Service I Never Used

I never had any service with this company, and now I have got a bill for $101.49. I don't know what it is for. They took payment through PayPal, as it was some agreement, but I don't know anything about it. And if it is monthly statement why I have got it just now (as PayPal gave me information it is from 2012).
I want to get my money back as I don't use any service from this company.
