Letters Demanding $19.99 for a Fake Million Dollar Check

I'm tired of this scam company sending me letters asking me to send them $19.99 so they can send me a check for one million nine hundred thousand dollars. My heart has been broken, I live in my car. I have no food to eat, no gas, so please, I can't take another let down or scam, lie, or anything, so please stop this kind of scam.
