DO NOT USE: Dishonest, mean, won't give you your pics, not a photo booth just a computer camera w/o backdrop
Both moms said Kathy was rude, very short & extremely disorganized. Kathy yelled at nieces/nephews of the newlyweds cuz they were too loud. Little kids stuck inside all day due to the rain, they were just playing tag in the empty part of room where the photo booth was. She yelled at my brother to tell the kids to "stay away from her" because she "hates the sound of children". She made a HUGE scene in front of guests screaming at her assistant calling him lazy & swearing every sentence including the F*word. She claims cuz it was raining she didnt have time to hook up her printer. So no one got their pic. Kathy said she would mail them to us. Defeating the entire purpose of a photo booth.
It has been 1mo & we've received nothing. Myself & the bride tried contacting her many times but she refuses to respond. Once I got upset she responded that she'd only release the pics if a liability form got signed. This was never mentioned before. She is literally holding these kids pics ransom until they sign forms that no one has seen
