Do not use: dishonest, mean, would not give us our pictures, and not a real photo booth, just a computer camera without a backdrop.
Both moms said Kathy was rude, very short and extremely disorganized. Kathy yelled at the nieces and nephews of the newlyweds because they were too loud. The little kids were stuck inside all day due to the rain and were just playing tag in the empty part of the room where the photo booth was. She yelled at my brother to tell the kids to "stay away from her" because she "hates the sound of children". She made a huge scene in front of guests, screaming at her assistant, calling him lazy and swearing in every sentence. She claimed that because it was raining she did not have time to hook up her printer, so no one got their pictures. Kathy said she would mail them to us, which defeats the entire purpose of a photo booth.
It has been 1 month and we have received nothing. The bride and I tried contacting her many times, but she refuses to respond. Once I got upset, she responded that she would only release the pictures if a liability form was signed. This was never mentioned before. She is literally holding these kids' pictures for ransom until they sign forms that no one has seen.
