This company has dozens of websites listing multiple truck related services from fleet management, to tire sales, to repairs and roadside assistance. We called the number (855-400-0855) to have a mobile repair unit sent to repair our straight truck. A woman identifying herself as Rachel said that they could have someone to our vehicle in about an hour and a half but that she would need payment information up front (this is standard for heavy truck roadside assistance). Credit card information was given and we were told that someone had been dispatched to our location. Four hours later no one had arrived to repair our vehicle. We called to see what was going on and a man answered the phone. He cursed us and told us that no one was coming. Realizing that we had been scammed, we called our credit card company and were told that our card had been charged $1600.
