After paying five grand to Ronda A. Middleton Family Law Attorney now working out of Fullerton California, but previously working out of rancho cucamonga has in her possession $5000 of my money for work she did not perform or did mostly nothing except mess up my case so now i cannot see my child.
Middleton keeps moving her office around L.A. And Orange county mostly to keep ahead of the people she took advantage of.
She is very fast to take your money but getting anything done is like pulling teeth. I have literally sent dozens of letters to her office with no reply. Only refused or no longer at this address. Her former employer won't even acknowledge her having worked there.
Try to call her and all you get is a reception who doesn't know if she is in or not. Ask for a fax number and they will not give it out. Seems like some kind of FAMILY LAW MILL churning out fees and doing the least work possible.
This behavior is FRAUD and i am certain the Dept of Consumer Affairs would like to know about this. I would file in small claims court but she is impossible to find unless you track her down in some court where she rarely is.
Don't give any money to this Middleton attorney until the work is completed to your satisfaction. Or else you will be S.O.L. Like me.
