The members of the team I spoke to where most helpful and reassuring when I checked I was both completing and had then purchased tickets for my Granddaughter correctly.
I was telephoned by a lovely young lady
To inform me when my tickets had arrived and they would be posted out to arrive the following day by UPS. First checking the postal address and if I would be home to receive them, or would prefer for them to be posted to a works address. Five star service Stubhu
