Fraud, over charging credit card tabs, and bouncers are out of control

This membership is run with a couple of scammers who overcharge and do numerous monitoring of your bank cards. Then your bouncers inform people they're also drunk to generate and jeopardize them, but offer to obtain them a taxi. However the taxis aren't genuine. The taxis are private people who've a cope with the homeowners or bouncers. Completely illegal.
