Their customer service is a joke. I placed an order and they canceled it without even letting me know. When i called she was rude, asked for a manager and was hung up on. They send no emails, do not

Do not even bother using Legal Bud. They do not run a good business. They send no emails to keep you informed. When you call them it's a nightmare, reps are rude. My order was canceled, not sure why something about shipping to billing address only but they had a shipping address to fill out, made no sense to me. Thank goodness I did get a credit back! Just awful Customer Service, my son asked for a supervisor and they hung up on him.
