I bought two Anaheim Disneyland ticket from this website on 1/30. Got the e-tickets in email one day later. On 2/1 when we were at the gate of Disneyland, the staff told me these are bad tickets that have no money in it and we have to purchase a new one.
Tried to call the phone number on the website, it was anwered by machine and when I followed the instruction to transfer the call to the customer support dept, the phone was hanged up after a few rings. I tried at least three times within an hour, and all three calls were hanged up. No one had ever answer the call.
This is clearly a scam and fortunately I paid using Paypal, instead of my own credit card. I am going to file a dispute on Paypal and ask the money back.
