I bought a DVD from Movie Mars.
They sent the wrong region. (The dvd they sent me does not
play in the United States).
When I complained, they claimed they don't
classify the wrong region as a defect.
I sent the movie back with on-line form from Moviemars.
That was six weeks ago still have not received refund.
I sent them an email and here is the response I got from them:
Hello,
I apologize but due to a open dispute I am unable to assist you further. Please allow for this matter to be handled within the dispute.
