When i called i was not too sure about sending in 800 dollars to them. But i got my tickets well before the time they said they would arrive. They were very friendly. The seats i got were total the best i could have wished for. Tried to get more for a friend through ticket master but they wanted $300 - $800 per ticket. I will for sure use this service again.
